- All orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- House of Kavini is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. These charges shall be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently shipping within Indonesia only. International shipping will be available very soon.
- However, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, such delays are beyond our control.
- If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at team@houseofkavini.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@houseofkavini.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 3 days of receipt for resolution.
- We recommend having an unboxing video to support any claims related to missing or damaged items.
